In the consideration for being granted the right to enter such a Parade, the undersigned hereby assumes all risks on behalf of the undersigned and all persons assisting, accompanying, or otherwise associated with the undersigned incident to such Winter Park Boat Parade, and agrees that neither the City of Winter Park, Winter Park Boat Parade Committee, other sponsors, the County of Orange, the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, the State of Florida, nor any of the Officers, Employees, or Agents of such bodies shall be liable for any damage, or injury arising out of, or incident to said Winter Park Boat Parade incurred by any of the above persons.
